Lisa Graber is the Operations Lead at SoundView Advisors, where she oversees the firm’s operational systems with a steady, thoughtful approach. She manages a wide range of responsibilities—from internal workflows and client reporting, to bookkeeping and payroll—ensuring the firm’s financial and operational foundations remain accurate and dependable.
With a natural ability to bring order to complex processes, Lisa plays a central role in keeping the firm running smoothly. She is known for her reliability and attention to detail, especially when juggling work that spans multiple teams and timelines. Her work strengthens the systems that support advisors, clients, and the broader SoundView team.
Lisa has lived in the Pacific Northwest for more than 40 years and brings that grounded, community‑minded spirit into her work. She and her husband of 42 years raised their son here, and the region continues to be home in every sense of the word—even as their son and daughter‑in‑law now build their own life in Nashville, Tennessee. And while Lisa is happily settled into this season of life, she’ll be the first to admit that if those two ever decide to give her grandbabies, the little ones would quickly become her most important after-hours “appointments.”
Outside the office, Lisa enjoys creative and hands‑on pursuits. She loves knitting, baking sourdough, and traveling—especially when it means discovering new places or sharing good food with people she loves.
